What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and the training preferences you give us (fitness level, goal race, plan length, training days). When you use the app we store the plans we generate for you and which workouts you mark complete.
How we use it
Your training preferences are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your plan — no name or email is included in that request, only the training parameters. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.
Where your data lives
Account data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security: each account can only read its own rows. Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth — we never see them.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, general region). You can block analytics with standard browser tools without affecting the app.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your profile, plans, and workout history. To request deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the email below.
